Fernando Rocha
Meet Fernando, our head coach at the EMS training business Fernando is a 23-year-old fitness enthusiast who started his fitness journey at the young age of 16. He quickly developed a passion for bodybuilding and has since competed in two competitions, placing second in the PCA Physical Culture Irland in October 2022.
Fernando is deeply passionate about his sport and nutrition. He understands the importance of fueling the body with the right nutrients to achieve optimal performance, and he is committed to helping his clients reach their full potential. He has extensive knowledge and experience in sports nutrition and is always up-to-date with the latest developments in the field.
With the right guidance and support, Fernando takes a personalised approach to coaching, working closely with each client to understand their unique needs and goals. He is dedicated to helping his clients achieve their goals in a safe and effective manner.
